• Fachliche Begleitung und Koordination der Produktion im Schichtbetrieb • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Einsatzplanung des Schichtpersonals in Abstimmung mit der Werksleitung • Überwachung der laufenden Produktionsprozesse • Früherkennung von Prozessabweichungen und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Störungen • Dokumentation relevanter Produktionskennzahlen sowie Übergabe wichtiger Informationen an nachfolgende Schichten und die Werksleitung
Das bringst du mit (m/w/d)
• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung z.B. als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise mit erster Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung oder Koordination eines Teams • Technisches Verständnis für Sonderanlagen und Prozesszusammenhänge • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Wir sind ein 24/7-Produktionsbetrieb - Contischicht ist für dich selbstverständlich
