Large-scale language models are evolving rapidly, moving beyond simple chatbots into powerful engines of research, education, and applied problem-solving. With high-quality training data, tomorrow’s AI can provide more accurate, practical, and innovative solutions across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. That training data begins with you—your expertise will help power the next generation of AI. We’re looking for a highly skilled STEM specialist fluent in Chinese who can bring subject matter expertise, linguistic precision, and cultural context to training data. You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools, evaluate and refine outputs, and provide expert feedback on complex STEM concepts, problem-solving approaches, and terminology in both English and Chinese to strengthen model performance. On a typical day, you will review and annotate AI-generated content, assess responses for technical accuracy and clarity, identify and document error patterns, and collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and domain-specific guidelines. Fluency in Chinese is required, along with demonstrated expertise in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) through teaching, research, or applied practice. Experience in translation, bilingual education, or linguistic annotation is a plus. Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail are essential.
