This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategic ABA Practice Partner based in United States. This is a strategic, provider-facing role focused on helping ABA practice owners build, operate, and scale sustainable, high-quality practices. You will act as a trusted advisor and hands-on operator, combining healthcare operations expertise with strong business and financial judgment. The role spans practice performance, growth strategy, operational excellence, staffing, utilization, retention, reimbursement, and financial health. You will work closely with practice owners to understand their goals, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans. The position also supports new practice launches and helps providers navigate the operational challenges that emerge as their businesses grow. Working cross-functionally with RCM, credentialing, product, operations, and leadership teams, you will help solve complex problems and improve the provider experience. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in behavioral healthcare while helping shape scalable operating practices in a rapidly growing environment.
