Track record of achieving sales, revenue, and growth objectives. Strong strategic account management, account planning, and opportunity management skills. Excellent executive relationship-building, negotiation, influencing, communication, and presentation abilities. Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities, supported by solid business and financial acumen. Ability to collaborate effectively across dealers, internal teams, and other stakeholders while providing leadership on customer initiatives. Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% and reside within convenient access to a major U.S. airport. Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. Experience in heavy construction equipment, industrial manufacturing, transportation, mining, agriculture, or other capital equipment industries is a plus. Knowledge of fleet management, equipment lifecycle planning, dealer-distribution models, or experience managing national accounts is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Benefits: Salary range of $109,548–$164,316, plus benefits.
