This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager based in Brazil. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance professional who wants to help build and shape the financial function of a rapidly growing international business. You will work closely with founders and senior leadership, providing the financial clarity needed to support growth and strategic decision-making. The role combines financial controls, accounting operations, reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. You will evaluate results across properties, cities, countries, and business units while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and reduce costs. You will also help introduce automation and AI into finance processes, partnering with technology teams to eliminate manual work. With broad exposure and significant ownership, this role offers a strong pathway toward senior finance leadership.
