This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to become a key financial partner to founders and senior leadership within a rapidly growing international business. You will take ownership of critical finance operations while building the systems, controls and reporting needed to support global expansion. The position combines accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, cash management and strategic business performance. You will work across multiple markets, properties and business units to uncover risks, improve profitability and strengthen financial visibility. A strong focus on automation, technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) will allow you to modernize finance processes and eliminate manual work. You will collaborate closely with operations, revenue management, property teams, external advisers and senior leaders. For an ambitious finance professional, the role provides meaningful ownership and a strong pathway toward broader finance leadership.
