Strategic Partnership Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager based in the United States. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to shape and grow strategic relationships across the property and casualty insurance ecosystem. You’ll serve as a key connection between carrier, reinsurance, broker, distribution, and internal teams across Homeowners, Commercial, and Flood programs. The role combines strategic relationship management with hands-on ownership of product implementation, compliance, reporting, and capacity management. You’ll translate business and underwriting needs into actionable technical requirements while helping ensure products remain accurate, compliant, and competitive. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence, partner satisfaction, and the identification of new opportunities for business growth. The environment is fast-paced, technology-driven, collaborative, and well suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution. Occasional travel for business activities, team meetings, and training will be required.
