Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best commercial and quality outcomes. Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and value. Oversee procurement processes for tools, equipment, and consumables from China, Europe, and the USA for production. Manage troubleshooting activities in terms of delivery schedules, quality, completeness, pricing, and related documentation. Prepare and coordinate contracts signing activities. Continuously analyze market trends and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize risks. Maintain and enhance supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure procurement supports broader business goals. Evaluate and onboard new suppliers of components, materials, tools, and services in line with business needs. Take part into suitable equivalents sourcing for electronic components based on technical requirements and the current supply chain situation.

1+ years of procurement experience in electronics, EMS, or automotive sectors. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to cost-efficiency and risk mitigation. Technical background in electronics or good understanding of electronic components and their equivalents. Experience in international Procurement Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously. Result-driven with the ability to follow through on tasks and deliver tangible outcomes. Experience with 1C ERP system. Experience with Jira and Confluence. English level: B2+ Polish level: B2+
