This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategy and Operations - Revenue Integrity Lead based in United States. This is a senior consulting role focused on guiding healthcare organizations through complex Revenue Integrity initiatives during an Epic implementation. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior Revenue Integrity leadership, helping translate operational requirements into effective technology and workflow decisions. The role spans charge capture, Charge Data Master design, charging workflows, reconciliation, claims, and revenue cycle optimization. You will work closely with client executives, Revenue Cycle leaders, Information Services teams, and Epic implementation stakeholders. Your expertise will help identify risks, anticipate downstream revenue impacts, and support a successful transition through go-live and stabilization. The environment is highly collaborative and advisory, with opportunities to apply healthcare revenue cycle expertise across complex client engagements. Weekly nationwide travel is required, making this a strong opportunity for an experienced Revenue Integrity leader who enjoys consulting and transformation work.

Serve as a strategic advisor to client Revenue Integrity leadership, providing guidance and recommendations that enable timely and informed decisions throughout an Epic implementation. Guide Charge Data Master (CDM) and charge capture design decisions, ensuring alignment with operational requirements, government regulations, and third-party payer expectations. Partner with Information Services and Epic implementation teams to translate operational needs into charging-system configurations, including charge triggers, interface charging, and third-party charging solutions. Oversee charging workflow readiness and charge reconciliation processes leading up to go-live, while supporting Revenue Integrity teams through implementation, go-live, and stabilization. Help senior leadership understand the downstream revenue implications of technology, workflow, and configuration decisions. Identify, communicate, and escalate implementation risks and their potential impact on Revenue Cycle operations. Leverage Epic revenue cycle functionality, including claim rules and edits, to support clean claims, reduce denials, and improve cash collections. Analyze operational data and reporting to conduct root-cause analysis and identify opportunities to strengthen Revenue Integrity performance. Apply healthcare operational excellence practices and proven Revenue Integrity methodologies to client environments. Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders and internal consulting teams while supporting successful implementation outcomes. Travel nationwide on a weekly basis to support client engagements and implementation activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, Revenue Integrity, coding, finance, Revenue Cycle Management, patient accounting, physician billing, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience leading Revenue Integrity operations at the director level or above. Experience leading an Epic revenue cycle IT group or serving as a key operational partner during an Epic implementation. Deep understanding of charge capture and charge reconciliation processes, including electronic health record charge links to the Charge Data Master. Proven experience partnering with Epic IT teams to design, validate, and implement charging workflow changes. Strong understanding of healthcare Revenue Cycle operations and the relationship between technology decisions, workflows, reimbursement, and financial outcomes. Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior healthcare executives and facilitate timely decisions in complex implementation environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to use data to identify root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex operational and technical topics into actionable recommendations. Healthcare consulting experience is preferred. Epic Charging certification is preferred; Resolute HB or SBO certification is a plus. Ability and willingness to travel nationwide on a weekly basis. Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with client leadership, technical teams, and consulting colleagues. Strong judgment, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach in fast-moving transformation environments. Benefits Annual salary range of $125,000–$235,000 , depending on skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. Potential eligibility for an annual performance bonus for salaried positions. Additional benefits and perks may be available depending on the position and employment terms. Opportunity to work on complex healthcare transformation and Epic implementation initiatives. Collaborative environment focused on healthcare innovation, operational excellence, and measurable client outcomes. Culture emphasizing autonomy, inclusion, professional collaboration, and employee development. Opportunity to build trusted relationships with senior healthcare leaders and contribute to meaningful improvements across healthcare organizations. Remote-based role with nationwide client travel requirements.
