Strategy Lead, BC Improved Forest Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategy Lead, BC Improved Forest Management based in Canada. The Strategy Lead will guide efforts to transform forest management across British Columbia while advancing ambitious conservation and improved forest management goals. This senior role combines strategic leadership, systems thinking, partnership development, and adaptive management to influence change at scale. You will oversee a portfolio of place-based initiatives that work alongside First Nations to develop practical models for conservation and resilient forest management. At the same time, you will help strengthen the policy, financing, and partnership conditions needed to enable broader transformation. Working across interdisciplinary teams, governments, industry, funders, and conservation organizations, you will connect local action with province-wide strategy.
