You will own strategic initiatives from opportunity identification and problem definition through execution, measurement, iteration, and scale. You will partner with teams across Go-to-Market, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Finance to align priorities and deliver meaningful results. You will establish clear goals, success metrics, decision frameworks, milestones, and accountability mechanisms for critical initiatives. Using data and operational insights, you will continuously evaluate performance, remove roadblocks, and identify opportunities to improve execution.
