Subject Matter Expert – Real Estate, Property Management & Leasing (English/Telugu) – Remote

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for experienced Real Estate, Property Management, and Leasing professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Indian real estate and hospitality-adjacent environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic, high-quality scenarios that reflect operational, customer service, leasing, sales, property management, and tenant relations challenges across residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments. Your expertise will help ensure AI systems understand and respond accurately within one of India's fastest-growing sectors. WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER

• Design realistic Real Estate and Leasing scenarios in Telugu or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (e.g., property leasing, tenant communication, concierge services, facility coordination, sales negotiations, community management, rental operations)
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for customer interaction, operational problem-solving, leasing workflows, and sales support tasks
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, service quality, policy compliance, and operational realism
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting industry best practices across India real estate, leasing, and property operations QUALIFICATIONS
• Native Telugu with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Leasing, Hospitality Services, or Community Operations
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Property or Community Association Management, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Sales, Leasing Operations, Concierge & Guest Services, Rental Services, Tenant Relations, or Facilities Coordination
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, leasing and sales operations, property management practices, and Indian real estate environments WHY COLLABORATE WITH LILT?

• Not ideal as a full time job or primary income source. Work availability fluctuates with project demand, making this better suited as a supplemental income stream. As a 1099 contractor, you won't receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement contributions, and hours are not guaranteed.
• Requires reliable availability and commitment. Once you accept a task, we expect quality work and on-time delivery. Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week. If your schedule is unpredictable, this may not be the right fit.
• Geographic restrictions may apply. We cannot engage contractors in regions subject to international embargo or sanctions. As a 1099 contractor, you are solely responsible for your own tax obligations. We recommend consulting a tax professional before engaging.
