This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Subrogation Recovery Specialist based in United States. This role focuses on investigating and recovering healthcare claim dollars when a third party is responsible for an accident, injury, or illness. You will manage a diverse caseload from initial review through recovery, combining healthcare claims expertise, legal research, negotiation, and detailed case management. The position requires frequent collaboration with attorneys, insurers, adjusters, medical providers, court personnel, clients, and beneficiaries. Your work will directly contribute to maximizing recoveries, reducing costs, and delivering value to healthcare clients. You will analyze information from multiple sources, identify liability, resolve disputes, and keep cases progressing against critical deadlines. The role also offers opportunities to support training, develop process resources, and contribute to team-level improvements.
