Full job description
The role supervises IT technicians, manages incidents and service levels, oversees Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, networking, Microsoft 365/Azure, cybersecurity, backups, continuity documentation and site IT performance.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires higher education in IT, information systems, networking or telecommunications (Bac+3 to Bac+5 or equivalent), 3-5 years of IT support or systems/network administration experience including some team leadership, and fluency in French and English. Relevant IT certifications are advantageous.
