Support the development and maintenance of shared guidance covering research processes, lead management, data-quality standards, and documentation. Share best practices and contribute to analyst onboarding, knowledge development, and continuous improvement across the team. Identify opportunities to make research and lead-management processes more efficient and improve the effectiveness of team members. Support prioritisation and workflow management while ensuring projects and deliverables remain aligned with business objectives. Communicate research findings and business insights clearly to a range of internal stakeholders, including scientific, sales, and marketing audiences. Conduct presentations and contribute to discussions involving commercial, scientific, and cross-functional teams. Requirements: Master’s degree in marketing, communications, science, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, business development, or sales. At least 2 years of experience within an analytical sales-support, business intelligence, research, or related commercial environment. Practical B2B sales experience within the life sciences industry. Strong understanding of the CRO, specialty laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or broader life sciences market.
