SUPERVISOR, SECURITY PROTECTIVE OPERATIONS CENTER We are seeking a proactive, action-oriented leader to oversee the daily operations of the Memphis SPOC team. This role ensures facilities and personnel remain safe, secure, and fully operational. While based in Memphis, you will collaborate continuously with other SPOC teams nationwide. You will facilitate SPOC Operator duties, uphold SPOC standards and requirements, and partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to fulfill all requests and responsibilities. Close coordination with fellow SPOC leaders is essential to drive consistency and continuity across all sites. This position is for a self-starter who takes initiative, owns outcomes, and drives results—rather than waiting to triage, delegate, or be directed.
