Full job description
Lead routine operations, enforce employee/food/feed safety and environmental procedures, supervise production quantity and quality, coordinate customer specifications and timelines, manage department/process/shift budgets and purchasing, develop operating plans, coach direct reports and oversee industrial safety and staffing decisions.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, Lean Six Sigma knowledge, chemical/industrial/agronomic engineering background, and at least one year of directly related experience. Power BI, SAP and English are desired, along with industrial-safety knowledge.
