ABOUT THE ROLE This is a senior-level consulting engagement supporting a large-scale digital transformation program for a manufacturing and supply chain client. You will serve as a subject matter expert across Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, working closely with Global Process Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to bridge business needs and system capabilities. Your work will directly shape how enterprise-level requirements are captured, documented, and translated into transformation outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, and Process Owners to elicit and validate requirements.
- Document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and O2C domains.
- Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments.
- Perform target mapping and data mapping activities in support of enterprise ERP implementation.
- Write and analyze SQL queries to support data analysis and validation efforts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership, facilitating consensus across business and technology teams.
- Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to executive stakeholders.
- Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities throughout the transformation program. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, business analysis, or digital transformation programs.
- SME-level, hands-on expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience with order management and order entry processes.
- Proven end-to-end enterprise ERP implementation experience (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to document requirements for large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency with SQL queries and target/data mapping in ERP contexts.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence across global, cross-functional teams without direct authority. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Rate of $70/hr on W2 for a 1-year contract with extension possible. Visa sponsorship is available for all work authorization types. LOCATION Fully remote. Client is based in Pittsburgh, PA, United States.
