Multiple Positions Available:

  1. Analyze operational and supply chain performance metrics to drive system accuracy and reporting, as well as effectively present data to vendors and internal teams
  2. Collect supply chain data and perform advanced modeling and statistical analysis in order to map, document, and recommend improvement and cost reduction opportunities
  3. Actively engage with internal partners throughout the organization to meet and exceed customer service levels and transport-related KPIs
  4. Prepare vendor health and performance scorecards and track performance to financial goals
  5. Review vendor contract performance standards and manage vendor incentive/penalty payments
  6. Provide contract compliance reporting to leadership and identify opportunities for process and data simplification

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $79359 - $100600)

Basic Qualifications

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:

  1. 1 year of program or project management experience
  2. 1 year of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  3. 1 year of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  4. 1 year of supply chain experience
  5. 1 year of experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $79359 - $100600 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
