Full job description
The role tracks and analyses KPIs, investigates performance trends, prepares business-plan and schedule reporting, supports SWOT analysis and service-improvement surveys, maintains annual budget and training plans, supports performance reviews, and contributes to peer reviews, audits and governance controls.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, science or a commercial discipline and eight years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The source also requires knowledge of process-improvement and lean methods, reporting best practice, SAP/computers, trend analysis, budgeting and training programmes.
