Full job description
The role supports IOM Indonesia's Resources Management Unit across procurement requisitions, tenders and quotations, purchase documentation, vendor invoices, supplier performance, records, market surveys, contracts, office supplies, asset and property management, warehousing, insurance, transport and vehicle records. The appointment is a Special Short-Term Contract; the listing states an initial contract until 30 June 2027 with possibility of extension.
Requirements & qualifications
Indonesian nationals are required. Applicants may qualify with a university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field plus two years of relevant professional experience, or a high-school diploma plus four years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Procurement, logistics, SAP/Oracle and international-organization experience are advantageous.
