About the position
We're looking for a Swag Program Manager to join Jane Street's global merchandise program, which supports our recruiting, new hire onboarding, community outreach, and internal culture initiatives. You'll join a small team working closely with Recruiting, Events, and Design teams across the firm, along with our external production, warehousing, and logistics partners.
In this role, you'll contribute to both strategy and day-to-day operations:

Partnering with teams across the firm to turn their goals into program roadmaps, forecast demand, and keep projects on schedule

Developing new products with our Design team that feel current and true to the brand

Owning vendor relationships and vetting and matching vendors to projects as needed

Running the day-to-day operations that keep our global products, inventory, and shipping running smoothly

Defining success metrics, reporting on program health, and improving processes as the program scales
About you
-
Have 7+ years of experience across some combination of merchandising, product development, buying, supply chain, operations, procurement, or logistics

Have a track record of developing physical products, such as apparel or promotional merchandise

Have a working knowledge of production and decoration methods (e.g., embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, custom manufacturing) and their tradeoffs on quality, cost, and lead time

Comfortable building forecasts and models from multiple data sources

An excellent communicator and project manager with experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives; comfortable managing contractors and vendors

Organized with excellent attention to detail

A motivated self-starter who can handle competing priorities

Curious about the operations of the firm and how your role fits into the bigger picture
