Full job description
Develop and improve preventive and corrective maintenance strategies and schedules, prepare standard work procedures, identify critical spares, maintain maintenance-management-system data, coordinate stores requirements, coach national team members and support reliability-centred maintenance and operational excellence.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering or a related discipline, or a relevant trade qualification; 3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience; SAP or similar maintenance-management-system experience; MS Office skills; and strong analytical, project, stakeholder and leadership capability. English is required and French is desirable; applicants must be able to work in remote mining environments and travel as needed.
