This role is responsible for coordinating project execution from contract review through closeout while meeting objectives for cost control, safety, quality, client satisfaction, schedule, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative leader with experience delivering complex systems projects. They can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client and stakeholder expectations, identify project risks, and translate technical requirements into effective execution plans. Put in your application today, and allow Interstates to prove to you why we are an Industry Leader in more ways than one.  Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership, engineering, estimating, and operations teams to establish project direction, priorities, and delivery strategies Lead the execution of limited-energy systems projects, which may include structured cabling, communications, security, access control, fire alarm, audiovisual, building automation, and related systems Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk-management strategies Monitor labor, material, subcontract, and equipment costs, as well as productivity, to maintain alignment with project budgets Provide project and site leadership with the data, budgets, bid information, and technical coordination needed for successful execution Coordinate design development, submittals, RFIs, procurement, material delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and closeout Recommend and select materials, vendors, and subcontractors while managing purchase orders and subcontract agreements Coordinate with clients, engineers, general contractors, trade partners, vendors, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal teams Identify and resolve scope gaps, design conflicts, constructability concerns, extra work, productivity issues, schedule impacts, and safety risks Schedule and lead progress meetings with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Update and review project schedules regularly with project/site leaders, subcontractors, and other stakeholders Prepare materials for monthly project reviews, including profit and loss, schedule, planning, risk, quality, safety, and client satisfaction Identify, price, negotiate, document, and manage change orders promptly Maintain consistent client communication and ensure expectations for budget, quality, safety, schedule, and system performance are met Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience delivering limited-energy, low-voltage, technology, electrical, automation, or related construction projects Strong knowledge of project contracts, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, change management, and cost control Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience with project-management, scheduling, estimating, or construction-management software preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, electrical engineering, engineering technology, business, information technology, or a related field Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $90-110,000. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
