Overview

Our Journey

Full job description

Our Journey The ShopBack Group is Asia-Pacific’s leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform, serving over 20 million active members across 13 markets. In 2025, the Group continued its global growth with its expansion into North America. Driven by the vision to make every day more rewarding, ShopBack is dedicated to saving members money and time, and delivering delight every day. The platform also enables merchants and brands to engage with their members in a cost-effective manner. Founded in 2014, ShopBack now powers over US$5.5 billion in annual sales for over 20,000 online and in-store partners, and has rewarded shoppers with more than US$900 million (over S$1 billion) in Cashback to date. Through its innovative offerings, ShopBack continues to create value for both members and merchants. Notably, its payment solution, ShopBack Pay, offers members a convenient and rewarding payment option at checkout.

Drive end-to-end talent acquisition — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management — for roles across the business. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver a strong, diverse candidate pipeline. Own candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer, keeping every interaction fast and human. Take on stretch projects in employer branding — content, campaigns, and initiatives that grow ShopBack's presence as an employer of choice. Plan and run campus engagement events to build our early-career talent pipeline. Build AI-powered workflows (using platforms like Claude Code, and n8n) to automate processes — and continuously look for ways AI can make TA more impactful.

Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience — prior Talent Acquisition, Project Management or Software Engineering internship is a plus, but mindset matters more than tenure. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable talking to candidates and hiring managers alike. A builder's curiosity: genuine interest in using AI tools to automate and improve how work gets done. Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without dropping the ball. A proactive, ownership-driven attitude — comfortable taking on projects outside a narrow job scope.
