This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition, Executive Research Sourcer based in United States. This is a strategic, globally focused talent-sourcing role dedicated to building long-term research talent advantage in a highly specialized scientific environment. You will identify and engage senior and hard-to-find scientific professionals across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, academia, research institutes, and innovation ecosystems. The role combines executive talent scouting with sophisticated talent intelligence, competitive research, and scientific network development. You will build proactive pipelines that support both immediate hiring priorities and future organizational growth. Working closely with Research leaders, hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners, you will translate market intelligence into actionable talent strategies. The position offers significant autonomy and requires a true hunter mindset, strong scientific curiosity, and the ability to influence stakeholders through data and insight. As part of a global team, you will help strengthen access to exceptional scientific talent and contribute to the growth of an innovative oncology-focused organization.
