Owns end-to-end recruiting for business-critical roles, builds talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers, tracks recruitment KPIs, supports pre-onboarding and employee lifecycle work, and improves processes through automation.
Requirements & qualifications
3–5 years of talent-acquisition experience, including operations, last-mile, sales, marketing or business hiring; strong recruiting analytics and Excel/Sheets skills; ATS experience such as Greenhouse or Lever; B2 English.
