ABOUT US Our mission at Avelios is to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care. THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE As a Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders), you are part of our People team and play a key role in driving Avelios’ growth. You will take ownership of our recruiting activities and act as the primary point of contact for potential new colleagues. YOUR TASKS You are the go-to person when it comes to finding the right talent for Avelios - from first contact to the final offer. You work closely with our People Partners and Hiring Managers. Your responsibilities include:
- Active sourcing: Identifying and approaching the right candidates through LinkedIn and other channels - focusing on quality, not volume
- End-to-end recruiting: Managing complete hiring processes, from alignment with hiring teams to offer negotiation and contract creation
- Candidate experience: Ensuring a smooth, respectful, and positive process so that candidates remember Avelios for the right reasons
- Sparring partner: Supporting our People Partners with recruiting for complex or strategically important roles YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed degree in Business, Social Sciences, (Business) Psychology, or a comparable field from a top university
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident, engaging presence
- At least 1 years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in a startup environment
- Experience with Ashby as an ATS is a plus, but not required
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on attitude
