As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ajaib, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition across our global organization, with hiring scope spanning Technology, Product, and/or Non-Technology functions.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, build effective hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality talent across multiple markets. This role combines hands-on recruitment with stakeholder management, process improvement, and talent strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Tech, Product, and/or Non-Tech functions, from sourcing and screening through offer and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, role requirements, and talent profiles.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for both local and international talent across multiple geographies.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Lead candidate engagement and closing strategies, including compensation discussions and offer management.
- Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to improve interview processes, interviewer calibration, and hiring decision-making.
- Use recruitment data and market insights to identify hiring trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive improvements to recruitment processes, tools, workflows, and hiring practices.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition, including setting goals, providing coaching, and supporting their professional growth.
- Establish team priorities, allocate hiring workloads, and ensure the team consistently delivers against recruitment targets and business needs.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across global markets.
- Mentor and support recruiters within the team, sharing best practices and raising recruitment standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably with experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Proven experience hiring across multiple functions, including Technology, Product, and/or Non-Technology roles.
- Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple markets is highly preferred.
- Proven experience leading and managing a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment team, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and team development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Strong sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement, and closing skills.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, hiring processes, and talent market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Data-driven, structured, and highly execution-oriented.
- Comfortable operating in a global and multicultural environment.
