ABOUT THE ROLE Build and run the end-to-end recruiting function at a growing AI communications software company. Working closely with the Recruiting Lead and executive team, you will shape hiring processes, develop candidate pipelines, and establish the foundations for scalable recruiting. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Align with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through relevant channels and conduct effective screening calls.
- Coordinate recruiting processes to keep candidates and hiring teams moving forward smoothly.
- Negotiate employment contracts and guide offers through to closure.
- Design lean, scalable recruiting processes and track effectiveness using measurable KPIs.
- Configure recruiting platforms and software to support efficient hiring operations.
- Develop employer-branding initiatives and strengthen how roles are presented to candidates.
- Coordinate external HR partners and support onboarding, offboarding, and foundational HR operations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in recruiting or an adjacent field such as sales development; junior and transitioning candidates may be considered.
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, coordination, contract negotiation, and offer closure.
- Experience building practical recruiting processes from the ground up and measuring results with KPIs.
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms and software, with the ability to configure tools efficiently.
- Strong candidate assessment, communication, and pitching skills, with a focus on role fit and a high-quality candidate experience.
- Experience developing employer-branding initiatives is valuable. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary: EUR 65,000 to EUR 80,000. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Vienna, Austria.
