This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst based in India. This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, technology, data, and operational excellence. You will help optimize recruiting systems, workflows, and processes to create a seamless hiring experience at global scale. Working closely with recruiters, coordinators, hiring stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, you will solve operational challenges and improve how recruiting teams work. You will contribute to system enhancements, process optimization, AI-enabled recruiting initiatives, testing, and scalable operational solutions. Your analytical insights will help identify opportunities for greater efficiency, consistency, and quality across the recruiting ecosystem. The role also offers the opportunity to strengthen documentation, enablement resources, and governance across Talent Acquisition operations.
