We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern to join our People team and work at the heart of our hiring engine. This won’t be an internship where you spend six months observing from the sidelines. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, support live roles, engage with candidates, coordinate interviews, track hiring progress, and help us continuously improve the candidate experience. From sourcing great talent and managing interview logistics to building recruitment dashboards and supporting pre-boarding, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the complete hiring lifecycle. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to People Operations, employee engagement, culture, and employer-branding initiatives. 📍 Location: Delhi / Bengaluru ⏳ Duration: 6 months 💰 Stipend: ₹20,000 per month

Talent Acquisition Operations

Support end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple open positions.

Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles.

Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Keep candidate pipelines moving and ensure timely follow-ups at every stage.

Maintain accurate ATS data, recruitment trackers, and candidate records.

Coordinate assessments, feedback collection, interview outcomes, and next steps.

Track hiring progress and create recruitment reports and dashboards.

Support job postings across relevant hiring platforms.

Assist with offer coordination and pre-joining engagement.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep every hiring process on track.

Spot process gaps and recommend ways to speed up, streamline, and make hiring more candidate-friendly.

People Operations & Engagement

Support onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.

Help plan employee celebrations, engagement activities, and culture initiatives.

Contribute to internal People team communications.

Support employer-branding campaigns and recruitment-related content.

Bring fresh ideas to help improve the employee and candidate experience.

0-2 years of prior experience or internship experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or TA Operations.

A good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles and processes simultaneously.

Experience working with Google Sheets or Excel, recruitment trackers, and an ATS such as Lever or Greenhouse.

An interest in recruitment data, metrics, reporting, and dashboards.

A proactive, organized approach and the confidence to take ownership.

The ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Experience in a technology company or startup. This is a plus, not a prerequisite.

Real ownership from the beginning, not just administrative tasks.

Hands-on experience across the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Exposure to hiring across different teams and roles.
