  Position Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Director (Dublin) Entity: Kroll Bond Rating Agency Europe Limited   Employment Type: Full-time Location: Dublin, Ireland   Summary/Overview : The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will support the recruiting team in the full-cycle recruitment process while gradually managing requisitions independently. This role is ideal for someone with 9+ years of recruiting experience coming from a corporate professional services environment . The Recruiter will be successful in this role if they are highly organized, have strong communication skills, experienced in coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and managing applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth recruitment process, maintaining strong candidate engagement, and providing operational support to the broader talent acquisition team. Job Responsibilities: Support the recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening and filtering candidates in requisitions, interview scheduling, and candidate communication Manage open requisitions with the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting tools Building recruiting capability, pipelines and market knowledge across expanding international jurisdictions Manage interview process between candidates and hiring teams ensuring a seamless and professional experience Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to help ensure an efficient and organized recruitment process Assist with recruitment reporting, candidate follow-ups, and process improvements You will be successful in this role if you have: Bachelor’s degree required 9+ years of recruiting and sourcing preferably within a corporate professional services environment Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, experience with Greenhouse is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Hybrid model - Must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and can work from home on Mondays and Fridays Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus.
