Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Job Summary    Our company is dedicated to building a talented and diverse workforce. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help us identify top talent. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is essential in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing and building out a pipeline of potential candidates for our continuous growth.   Utilize various sourcing strategies and tools, such as LinkedIn, Greenhouse, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.   Comfortable supporting strategic searches that require research and continuous collaboration with the recruiters and hiring leaders   Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates and maintain a pipeline of qualified individuals.   Build and maintain relationships with candidates to keep them engaged and informed about potential opportunities.   Participate in recruitment meetings and offer input on sourcing strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adjust sourcing strategies as needed.    Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations when storing candidate information.   Provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team based on market research.   Performs other duties as assigned.   Preferred Qualifications   At least two years of former insurance recruiting experience preferred but not mandatory.   Comfortable with high volume outbound sourcing.   Proven experience in sourcing top talent in the insurance industry.   Comfortable leveraging advanced Boolean searching skills.   Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, online resources, and ATS software.   Excellent organizational and time management abilities.   Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships.   A high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.   Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.   Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship.    Working Conditions    Fully remote working accommodation available.   Able to work flexible hours and travel to other Conner Strong & Buckelew offices and company events as needed.   Salary for this position ranges from $65,000-$80,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.    Qualifying positions will also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, such as participation in family medical and dental insurance programs, 401K plan, and PTO.   #LI-REMOTE   Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship.
