Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the United States. This role is a hands-on opportunity to support a lean, high-impact Talent Acquisition function in a fast-moving environment. You will help create an organized, responsive, and candidate-centered hiring experience from initial outreach through offer administration. The position combines recruiting operations, talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and ATS management. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring teams to build strong and diverse candidate pipelines for priority roles. Success in this role requires excellent organization, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. As you develop, you will have opportunities to take ownership of lower-complexity searches and grow toward broader full-cycle recruiting responsibilities. The role is fully remote within the United States and offers a collaborative environment focused on growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
