Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Brazil. This early-career role offers the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to broader People initiatives. You will manage requisitions across sales, technology, and operations, partnering closely with hiring managers from role definition through offer acceptance. The position combines candidate sourcing and assessment with employer branding, employee engagement, and People operations. You’ll build talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies, including passive candidate engagement. Beyond recruiting, you’ll help strengthen the employee experience through communications, events, recognition initiatives, and onboarding and offboarding support. Working in a fully remote environment, you’ll have broad exposure to recruiting and People operations while developing your skills with guidance from experienced professionals.

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales, technology, and operations positions, from intake meetings through signed offers. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, establish interview processes, and align on hiring criteria. Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative channels, including passive talent. Review applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess skills, motivation, and alignment with role and organizational values. Coordinate interview processes, collect interviewer feedback, facilitate debriefs, and support hiring decisions. Extend offers and support candidate negotiations with guidance from senior team members. Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the candidate journey. Keep the Applicant Tracking System accurate and monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other recruitment metrics. Create employer-brand content for professional networks, career pages, and other channels, including employee stories, team highlights, and day-in-the-life content. Maintain accurate and engaging job postings, careers content, and employer review profiles. Develop longer-term talent pipelines through university partnerships, virtual career fairs, networking events, and other community-building initiatives. Support virtual and in-person team events, celebrations, recognition programs, and employee milestone activities. Assist with engagement surveys and pulse checks, summarize findings, and support follow-up initiatives. Draft internal announcements, newsletters, and other communications that keep employees informed and engaged. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment, system access, and first-week coordination. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and assist with offer letters, contracts, and employment verifications. Document and improve recruiting and People processes, templates, and policies to support scalable operations. Requirements: Some experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, agency recruitment, in-house hiring, or a closely related field; strong recruiting internship experience may also be considered. Comfortable taking ownership of recruitment processes from start to finish and being accountable for hiring outcomes. Proactive, results-oriented approach with the confidence to engage candidates directly, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and experiment with new sourcing methods. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidate pipelines, and People projects while maintaining attention to detail. Creativity and genuine interest in employer branding, employee engagement, and workplace culture. Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is strongly preferred. Experience with HRIS platforms, Canva, or Google Workspace is a plus. Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Benefits: Fully remote, remote-first work environment in Brazil. Opportunity to own recruitment requisitions and directly contribute to organizational growth. Mentorship and development from experienced recruiters and HR professionals. Clear potential progression toward Recruiter and Senior Recruiter roles. Broad exposure to talent acquisition, employer branding, employee engagement, and People operations. Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and offboarding. Fast-paced environment with opportunities to take ownership, develop new skills, and contribute to process improvements. Specific salary, healthcare, paid time off, and other compensation details were not specified in the source job description.
