This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Brazil. This is a full-time, remote talent acquisition role offering meaningful ownership from day one. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across sales, technology, and operations roles in a fast-growing, international environment. The position combines candidate sourcing, hiring-manager partnership, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate experience. Beyond recruitment, you will contribute to employer branding, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and People operations. You will have the opportunity to build talent pipelines, improve recruiting processes, and help strengthen the organization’s employer brand. The role is well suited to an energetic, organized, people-focused professional who enjoys both relationship building and the pace of recruiting. You will also receive mentorship and broad exposure to different areas of People operations as your career develops.

Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned sales, technology, and operations positions, from intake meetings through signed offers. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, establish interview processes, and align on selection criteria. Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing channels. Review applications and conduct initial screening conversations to assess skills, motivation, experience, and alignment with organizational values. Coordinate interview processes, collect interviewer feedback, facilitate debriefs, and support timely hiring decisions. Extend offers and support candidate negotiations with guidance from senior People team members. Deliver a responsive, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process. Maintain accurate ATS data and monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other relevant recruiting metrics. Create employer-brand content for LinkedIn, careers pages, and other channels, including employee stories, team highlights, and day-in-the-life content. Keep job postings, careers content, and employer-review profiles accurate, engaging, and aligned with the employer brand. Build longer-term talent communities through university relationships, virtual career fairs, networking events, and other initiatives. Support virtual and in-person team events, recognition programs, employee milestones, engagement surveys, and internal communications. Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, equipment and system access, and employee transitions. Maintain accurate employee records and support offer letters, contracts, employment verification, and other HR administration. Document and improve recruiting and People processes, templates, and policies to support scalable growth. Requirements Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, agency recruitment, or a closely related field; strong recruiting internship experience may also be considered. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of processes from beginning to end and remain accountable for results. Proactive, results-oriented approach with the confidence to challenge assumptions, engage hiring managers, and experiment with new sourcing strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidate pipelines, and People projects simultaneously. Genuine interest in employer branding, company culture, employee engagement, and creating compelling content. Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is strongly preferred. Experience with HRIS platforms, Canva, or Google Workspace is an advantage. Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
