You will play an important role in attracting exceptional talent for AI, operations, and other non-technical positions while helping our teams grow internationally.The role is based in Ukraine.Team Composition:1 Lead; 3 Talent Acquisition Specialists.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, pipeline building, and hiring top talentDefine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positionsUtilize a variety of sourcing methods: LinkedIn, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, networking, and employee referralsFoster a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedbackCollect, input, and report on recruitment data and metricsIdentify new opportunities for process improvement to enhance recruitment strategyRequirements:2+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruitment across diverse functionsStrong expertise in hiring AI roles, operations, AI consultants, support, and business analystsSolid knowledge of modern candidate selection methods, including competency-based interviewing (certification or practical experience a plus)Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsAbility to build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a strategic partnerExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsFull professional proficiency in EnglishNice to have: Experience recruiting in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments (startup or agency background)Exposure to both tech and non-tech hiring, especially commercial and customer-facing roles driving revenueFamiliarity with employer branding initiatives and talent marketing strategiesWhat you should expect from us:Growth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.Flexibility & Well-Being: We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.Recognition & Impact: A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.Benefits & Rewards Package: We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family.
