From pioneering carbon composite rocket technology to delivering reliable and rapid launch services, we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible in aerospace.   ABOUT THE ROLE   We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Talent Marketing Operations Intern to support our talent acquisition and employer branding efforts. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting, marketing, and data operations, helping us attract and engage top talent through optimized processes and campaigns.   This is an opportunity to work on real space technology projects and contribute to missions that are literally reaching for the stars.   WHAT YOU WILL DO   Campaign & Content Operations:   Assist in executing multi-channel talent marketing campaigns across job boards, social media, email, and events   Coordinate content calendar for employer brand initiatives and job postings   Help manage and optimize job descriptions for SEO and candidate engagement   Support the creation of recruitment marketing materials (videos, graphics, landing pages)   Analytics & Reporting:   Track and report on key recruiting metrics (application rates, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, candidate engagement)   Build dashboards to monitor talent pipeline health and campaign performance   Conduct analysis on recruiting funnel drop-off points and recommend improvements   Generate weekly/monthly reports on talent acquisition KPIs   Technology & Process:   Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting tech stack   Ensure data hygiene across recruiting platforms and CRM systems   Document recruitment marketing processes and create standard operating procedures   Test and implement new recruiting tools and automation workflows   Market Research:   Research talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor positioning   Analyse candidate personas and journey mapping   Monitor employer brand sentiment and reputation across platforms   Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas   WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR   MUST HAVE:   Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, HR, Communications, or related field   Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite   Excellent written and verbal communication skills   Highly organized with strong attention to detail   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously   Strong communication and interpersonal skills   Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team   Passion for aerospace, space technology, and innovation   NICE TO HAVE:   Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)   Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.)   Advanced Excel skills   Experience with Power BI or other Microsoft data visualization tools   Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or design tools (Canva, Figma)   Understanding of social media advertising and analytics   Interest in HR tech, recruiting, or people operations   Previous internship or project experience in marketing, HR, or talent acquisition   WHAT WE OFFER   Hands-on experience with recruitment marketing strategy and execution   Exposure to HR technology stack and marketing automation tools   Mentorship from talent acquisition and marketing leaders   Cross-functional collaboration with recruiting, HR, and marketing teams   Portfolio-building projects in employer branding and analytics   Professional development opportunities in the space industry   Collaborative and innovative work environment   Opportunity to contribute to missions that make a difference   Potential pathway to future career opportunities at Rocket Lab   HOW TO APPLY   Please ensure you submit a cover letter, detailing why you are interested in the specific role you have applied for.
