The on-site programme runs 1–3 December 2026 at Tallinn University of Technology. Applications close 22 September 2026 and selected applicants are due to be informed by 7 October. There is no participation fee. TalTech states that the guided city tour, Tallinn Christmas Market visit, welcome dinner, coffee breaks and light lunches are free for participants; travel and accommodation are paid by participants or may be covered through their home university Erasmus+ scholarship.
Eligibility requirements
Administrative and academic staff at higher-education institutions who work as project managers, work-package/task leads or contributors within European University Alliances projects.
