- Manage and oversee daily accounting and tax functions, including recording transactions and preparing reports.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business decision-making.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of tax filings and reports.
- Collaborate with other divisions in managing the Group's finances.
- Implement risk management practices across all tax and accounting activities.
- Formulate and develop the Company's accounting and tax policies in accordance with evolving regulations.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree (S2) in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or finance, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CPMA, CPA, or other recognized accounting certifications are preferred.
- Holds at least a Brevet A & B Tax Certification.
- Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Proficient in using tax applications, including e-Faktur, e-Form, and Coretax.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
