Grade Level College Students State Residency Louisiana Louisiana Miscellaneous Applicants must (1) be Louisiana residents and (2) attend a Louisiana Public College or University, Louisiana Community and Technical College System school, Louisiana-approved Proprietary and Cosmetology School, or an institutions that is a part of the Louisiana Association of Independent Colleges and Universities.
