This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Team Lead of Content Moderators based in Romania. The Team Lead of Content Moderators will oversee day-to-day moderation operations while ensuring high standards of accuracy, productivity, consistency, and policy compliance. You will support moderators with complex and sensitive cases, provide clear guidance, and reinforce effective enforcement practices. The role combines people leadership, performance monitoring, workflow coordination, quality assurance, and trend analysis. You will help identify recurring moderation challenges and collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve policies, processes, and enforcement strategies. The position requires strong judgment and professionalism when handling high-risk content and difficult decisions.
