This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Team Leader - Public Records based in India. This is a remote leadership opportunity for an experienced professional in US public records and background verification operations. You will lead a team responsible for researching and analyzing US court and public record information. The role combines people management, operational oversight, quality control, and process improvement. You will ensure accurate reporting, strong productivity, and consistent adherence to SLAs and turnaround times. Your expertise in US legal terminology and court documentation will help guide complex research and escalation decisions. Working closely with Quality, Training, and Operations teams, you will drive continuous improvement and service excellence. The position offers an opportunity to develop teams and processes within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
