Deine Aufgaben
• Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung des Teams IT Infrastructure • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der technischen Architektur in einer Enterprise Umgebung • Analyse und Bewertung von Änderungswünschen in der globalen Applikationsarchitektur • Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft des Teams • Mittel- und langfristige Personalplanung im Hinblick auf Kapazitäten, Fähigkeiten und Karriereplanung des Teams • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsmerkmalen im Applikationsbetrieb und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Betriebsprozesse • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Betriebes der IT-Infrastruktur • Durchführung und Steuerung von nationalen und internationalen Projekten
Dein Profil
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung • Führungserfahrung im IT Umfeld von Vorteil • Gutes Verständnis von IT Prozessen, ITIL Zertifizierung von Vorteil • Zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einer hohen Analysefähigkeit • Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Hands-On Mentalität • Internationale Reisebereitschaft • Sichere Verständigung auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
