Build real-world technology experience with SteerBridge. SteerBridge Strategies is seeking motivated students to join our 2026 Winter Technology Internship Program , an in-person internship experience designed for students interested in gaining hands-on exposure to technology while working alongside professionals supporting mission-focused government programs. Interns will have the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in the classroom to real-world projects, develop technical and professional skills, and gain experience working in a collaborative technology environment. Program Details Program: 2026 Winter Technology Internship Work Arrangement: Onsite Schedule: Flexible start/end date based on school schedule Housing: Company-provided housing Potential areas of focus include: Data Engineering Data Analytics Software Engineering Cloud Engineering Cybersecurity Engineering UX/UI & Digital Design What Interns Can Expect Onsite, hands-on experience working alongside SteerBridge technology professionals Exposure to real-world technology projects and federal government programs Opportunities to develop both technical and professional skills Mentorship and collaboration with experienced team members Experience that complements academic coursework and helps prepare students for full-time careers Potential consideration for future internships or full-time opportunities with SteerBridge based on performance and business needs Who We're Looking For We’re looking for motivated students who are eager to learn, contribute, and gain meaningful experience in a professional technology environment. Ideal candidates should have an academic or demonstrated interest in one or more of the technology areas listed above and be comfortable working collaboratively in an onsite environment. Required Qualifications U.S. citizenship is required for this position under applicable federal contract requirements. Candidates must also be able to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the role. Be currently pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Be available to work fully onsite for the duration of the internshipHave an academic or demonstrated interest in data engineering, data analytics, software engineering, cloud engineering, cybersecurity engineering, UX/UI, or a related technology field. Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsBe eager to learn, contribute, and gain hands-on professional experience.
