Tech Lead (.NET / Angular)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tech Lead (.NET / Angular) based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of modern, scalable full-stack solutions using .NET and Angular. You will combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering across backend services, frontend applications, databases, distributed systems, and DevOps. A major focus of the position is integrating AI into software development workflows while maintaining strong standards for quality, security, and maintainability. You will guide the use and review of AI-generated code, helping teams adopt new tools and development practices responsibly. The role involves working with modern cloud, observability, containerization, and messaging technologies in a collaborative engineering environment. You will also interact directly with international clients in English and contribute to architectural and technical decisions. This is an opportunity to shape both the technology and the development practices behind complex digital solutions.

Lead the development of full-stack solutions using .NET and Angular, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-quality implementations. Supervise the analysis, validation, and critical review of automatically generated code to ensure technical quality and maintainability. Implement and orchestrate AI-powered software development tools, including OpenAI APIs and GitHub Copilot. Design and establish AI-assisted development workflows that improve engineering productivity while maintaining quality standards. Develop robust and scalable RESTful APIs using .NET, preferably .NET 8 or newer. Build efficient and responsive user interfaces using Angular 19+ and integrate them effectively with backend APIs. Apply software design principles such as SOLID and KISS to create modular, reusable, and maintainable code. Select and implement appropriate design patterns, including Factory, Strategy, Builder, and other architectural approaches. Establish and maintain automated unit and integration testing practices. Manage and optimize relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server. Use Docker and docker-compose for application development, deployment, and local environments. Monitor and troubleshoot applications using observability platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, or ELK. Design and work with distributed systems and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Azure Service Bus. Collaborate on DevOps practices and cloud-based deployments, particularly within Azure environments. Communicate with international clients and stakeholders in English. Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, architecture, development workflows, and AI adoption. Requirements Solid experience as a senior software developer or engineer, with strong technical ownership and leadership capabilities. Hands-on experience using AI tools to support software development and improve engineering workflows. Demonstrated ability to structure and implement AI-assisted development processes. Strong backend development experience with .NET, preferably .NET 8+. Strong frontend development experience with Angular 19+ and API integration. Practical application of SOLID and KISS principles. Strong knowledge of software design patterns such as Factory, Strategy, Builder, and similar patterns. Experience implementing automated unit and integration testing. Experience with Docker and docker-compose. Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL or SQL Server. Experience developing or integrating distributed systems and messaging solutions using RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or comparable technologies. Experience with DevOps practices and Azure cloud environments. Intermediate to advanced English communication skills for interaction with international clients. Strong problem-solving, architectural thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to evaluate new technologies critically and balance innovation with reliability, security, and maintainability. Nice to have: Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents. Experience developing AI-assisted software engineering pipelines. Knowledge of ASP.NET and RPA technologies. Understanding of prompt engineering and methods for evaluating AI model output quality.
