This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tech Manager I (Venda Direta) based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to lead a software engineering team building a strategic platform for Generative AI and LLM-powered agents. You will combine people leadership, technical direction, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment. The focus is on enabling functional teams to build and use AI agents with greater autonomy while delivering measurable business value. You will help shape the squad’s vision, engineering practices, roadmap, and objectives while keeping teams aligned and productive. The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to translate complex technical topics, and a pragmatic approach to competing priorities. You will also contribute to product discovery, modernization initiatives, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. This is an impactful leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, solving complex problems, and helping scale innovative technology.
