This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Account Manager based in United States. This newly created role serves as the primary post-sales liaison and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts. You will own customer relationships from contract signing through implementation, renewal, and ongoing success. The position combines technical delivery, customer success, resource coordination, financial oversight, and commercial growth. You will work closely with Agile Leads, Sales, technical teams, and other cross-functional partners to deliver successful customer outcomes. You will oversee onboarding, deployment planning, project milestones, customer expectations, and escalated issues. The role also provides opportunities to identify expansion opportunities and strengthen long-term customer retention. You will operate in a mission-driven healthcare technology environment focused on improving how healthcare data is managed and exchanged.
