This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Account Manager based in Portugal. This is a high-impact post-sales role focused on becoming the technical owner of strategic enterprise customer accounts. You will lead onboarding, integrations, adoption, escalations, and renewals while ensuring customers realize meaningful value from the platform. The role combines hands-on technical depth with senior stakeholder management across complex enterprise environments. You will work closely with customers, Sales, Engineering, and other internal teams to solve technical challenges and drive successful outcomes. As the first dedicated post-sales hire, you will also build the processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms needed to scale the function. The environment is fast-moving, highly autonomous, and collaborative, with significant exposure to enterprise security, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered cybersecurity. This is an opportunity to shape both customer success and the foundations of a new post-sales organization from the ground up.
